I just started eDiets and my biggest fear is that I will give up because I will feel deprived when I have to pass up on my favorite meals and desserts. It's tough to convince myself that I want fruit, when I walk past a window with chocolate croissants -- but I really want to lose weight! Any suggestions on how to cope when I start to feel like I'm missing out on the food I really want?
