My biggest problem is that whenever I get into a stressful job I gain weight like crazy. In the last couple years I've gained 40 pounds and have a really stressful job. When I look back over my history of weight fluctuations, the only time I have lost weight has been during non-stressful periods when I exercise and focus on myself and not turn to food for comfort. Any advice on how to break the stress-eating cycle?
